I ordered the MINI BAG from Ora, but after waiting 6 days, I received a completely different product (the regular Ora bag instead of the Mini Bag I actually ordered).

On top of that, the delivery man asked me to pay shipping fees even though the mistake was clearly from your side.

I tried calling your customer service number (01120850011) 7 times with no answer, and I also contacted you on WhatsApp but still received no response.
