Return 

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

• Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. A flat fee of 70 EGP applies for returns across Egypt.

 

• Handmade bags are non-returnable, as they are custom-crafted with care.

 

• Items purchased as part of special offers, sales, or bundles are not eligible for return.

 

• All returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging

Exchange

• Need a different item? We’re happy to help!

 

• You can exchange any eligible item by paying a shipping fee of 100 EGP.

 

• Exchange requests must also be made within 14 days of receiving the order.

 

• special Offers and bundles are not eligible for exchange.

• Once your request is approved, we’ll process your return or exchange within 3–5 business days.
