Return

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. A flat fee of 70 EGP applies for returns across Egypt.

Handmade bags are non-returnable, as they are custom-crafted with care.

Items purchased as part of special offers, sales, or bundles are not eligible for return.

All returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Exchange

Need a different item? We're happy to help.

You can exchange any eligible item by paying a shipping fee of 100 EGP.

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.

Special offers and bundles are not eligible for exchange.

Processing Time

Once your request is approved, we'll process your return or exchange within 3–5 business days.

Shipping Info

Standard shipping across Egypt is 70 EGP, with delivery in 2–5 business days.
