RETURN POLICY

  • We provide a warranty on manufacturing defects for all our products. if you encounter any issues related to craftsmanship or quality please contact our customer support team for assistance . 
  • If any manufacturing defect is found you can return bag for 14 days
  • Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition we will process the refund to your original payment method. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color with in 3 days, please contact our customer support 
Product must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached 

Payment Options

  • Currently we accept Cash on Delivery.

SHIPPING 

  • We ship everywhere in Egypt within 3 to 5 days.
  • Check your order before accepting it.
  • If you don't need it, you can return it with the delivery person, and we cover the shipping cost.
