RETURN POLICY

- If any manufacturing defect is found you can return bag for 14 days
- Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition we will process the refund to your original payment method.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color with in 3 days, please contact our customer support
Product must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached

SHIPPING
- We ship everywhere in Egypt within 3 to 5 days.
- Check your order before accepting it.
- If you don't need it, you can return it with the delivery person, and we cover the shipping cost.
